Second category: PLEADING
When you make a “plead” call, you’re hoping to convince your ex to call you out of sympathy for you.
The plead sounds something like this…
“Richard, please, please call me. I’ve left five messages now. Its really important that I talk to you.”
Your message makes you sound needy and desperate…to the point of begging.
Now, when Richard hears a message like that he’s probably thinking, “She just wants to make my life miserable by dredging up stuff. And I don’t need that in my life.”
You know what happens? He doesn’t return your call.
And the more messages you leave, the worse you look. And the more you distance your ex from you.
Now, those approaches don’t make you look too good to your ex, do they?
They make you look like you’re resorting to sneaky tactics to get your ex to call you back - which you are.
