you cannot force him or do anything cause same as you cannot tell your heart not to fall in love again to your ex ,the best thing is if you still love him show him you care for him do things that he likes if he like this food or that give to him or cooked it for him just be yourself what is comfortable for you to do that he will like it might help

I hate to say it.. but you dont. If hes moved on, thats it. If he truly loves you, hell get rid of the other girl and come back to you on his own. Otherwise, best to just move on. Waiting on a guy who denies hes dating another women when you know he is will just break your heart. Thats lying, and in dating lying is unacceptable.
